How it works
Set up your bar
Search for your bottles or take a photo of your shelf. Muddle sorts them into spirits, liqueurs, mixers and juices.
See what you can pour
Muddle checks every recipe against your bottles and shows what you can make now. If a drink is one bottle short, it tells you which bottle.
Get a new recipe
Ask for a cocktail using your whole bar or just a few bottles. Muddle looks for a known recipe first and only asks AI to invent one when nothing fits.

Alcohol-free mode
Ask for mocktails only. Muddle looks for a known alcohol-free drink before it invents one.
Saved recipes and history
Save the recipes you like and rate them. Muddle also remembers what you've made and when.

Is Muddle free?
Yes. Matching your bar, saving recipes and known cocktails are all free, and you get a few AI recipes each month. Muddle Pro gives you more AI recipes, a better AI model and shelf scanning.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with Apple or Google so your bar and recipes are saved. You can delete your account and all its data from the app at any time.
Where do the recipes come from?
From Muddle's own recipe book and from TheCocktailDB, a large online collection of cocktail recipes. When nothing fits your bar, AI writes a recipe and Muddle labels it as an invention.
Can I make alcohol-free drinks?
Yes. Filter for alcohol-free drinks, or ask for a mocktail. Muddle looks for a known one first.
Which languages does Muddle speak?
English, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Russian.
Where can I get it?
On the App Store, for iPhone. It's free to download, and Pro is an optional subscription.
